Please be aware that as of August 1, 2010, all female patients that elect to have their Hormone Replacement Therapy prescribed through our office will be required to maintain their annual exams (pelvic/pap, breast exam, etc.) and mammograms directly through our office.

Narcotics Prescriptions Picked Up or Mailed

If you need to pick up a written prescription for narcotics, you may do so. If you need to send a family member or friend, please call us with their name. We will ask for their ID when they come to pick it up. If you request that we send it, we will do so by certified mail, and you will be charged the $9.62 fee for certified mail.
