ZYCAM COLD REMEDY ALERT
Ultra Lite System of Losing Weight
The reason the body is able to burn just fat on the Ultra Lite plan is because of the proper combining of proteins and carbohydrates seven times a day. This includes food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and the use of the Ultra Lite formula four other times of the day. The body is taken to a very safe state of hypoglycemic ketosis where it is then bio-chemically set to just burn fat for fuel.

Most importantly, once people are in the proper level of ketosis, they experience no hunger, and they have great energy and mental clarity, because the body and brain is using ketones versus glucose for fuel. In conjunction with getting to a good ketosis level, patients take a nutritional powder packet between meals, which insures their body is getting all the nutrients, vitamins, amino acids and minerals needed for optimal function as well as keeping blood sugar levels even.

The combination of the two insures patients are not hungry, have great energy and no cravings, which is why most people are able to complete the program and achieve their desired weight loss goals.

Health is a large word. It embraces not the body only, but the mind and spirit as well; ... and not today's pain or pleasure alone, but the whole being and outlook
